After submitting this form and getting verification, click on "Download CB/DB" to the left or at the bottom of this form.  The downloaded program does not include the Runtime environment.  If you don't have Access 2002 or later, you should order the Runtime environment in the "Special Instructions" block below.

We will send you a CD which contains movies on how to use CB/DB at the address you supply (no charge).  The movies will be in the base directory on the CD.  You view them from Windows Explorer.
