When you are reporting a problem, please include what you were doing or trying to do at the time of the problem. Just the fact that there was a Run Time Error isn't much help.

In any event, you should always try several times to do what it was you were trying in the first place. If that still doesn't work, try shutting down the system and restarting, then trying again. Many times the cause of a problem is that Windows has lost track of what it was doing; a restart gives it a chance to start over with a clean slate.
