The Label Selector

The Label Selector is designed to allow you to select labels to be printed with three different combinations of options:

bulletSource: either the Family or the Member table
bulletContent: for the Family table records, you can select from Member Families only, Mailing List families only, or the combined grouping of member and mailing list families. In addition, you can select Financial Contributors or Envelope users. (The latter is designed to allow you to create labels to put on your envelope boxes for distribution.)
bulletSequence: Either alphabetic (last name, first name sequence) or by Zip Code. The latter would normally be used only for bulk mailings.

The label selector itself will first empty the current Label Table, then re-fill it with all Family or Member records that meet your criteria for selection. The Report Selector will cause the labels to be created from this table and to be viewed or printed.
