The "From" family unit (Bizzy Beaver) has just been selected after entering the letters "bea" which brings the name to the top of the list.  You can also select a family record by entering the envelope number or the family number. 

You would then tab into the next field and enter the amount.  If the Income Account and How Given are the same as for the last record, you would Accept the record by hitting the <Enter> key on the keyboard to finish the record; otherwise you tab on over and select the account and "how".  You view one record at a time, and advance to a new record when you accept the current one.
