A snippet of the Treasurer's report of Fund Balances from CBW41.  This expanded view of a balance sheet is helpful in seeing the ins and outs that bring you to the current balance.

This report is cut off.  Additional liabilities for withholdings would be shown, followed by the totals available for unrestricted use, restricted use, property, etc.  The number codes in the "Own Ast" (Owning Asset) column point to the Asset to which Funds and Liabilities are linked.  The data in the report is part of the "Demo Data" accompanying the CBW41 demonstration version.
